Ms. Anuradha Dixit, the learned advocate appearing for the Petitioner through Video Conferencing submits that the child access which was granted to the Respondent was for the period from 1st May, 2024 till 20th May, 2024 during the summer vacation of May 2024 and this Court has stayed that order, however, considering that the period during which the access was granted is already over, therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructious. 2.
