1.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties at length, what we find is that the grievance of the petitioners is that the appeal that has been filed before the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee ("AGRC") is pending and is not being heard.

2.

Mr. Kudle, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners being slum dwellers are prejudiced by the failure of the AGRC to hear and dispose of the appeal.

3.

Smt. Kantharia, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 submits that the AGRC has convened a meeting tomorrow and on 27 June 2025. She submits that the petitioners may make an application to the AGRC by way of praecipe to take up the appeal for hearing.
