It is also being pointed out that the issue being raised in Writ Petition No.11146 of 2024 and 11102 of 2024 are not the same as are being raised in other Writ Petitions and the request is made to de-tagg these two petitions.

Learned A.G.P. and the learned advocates for the respective respondents consent for such de-tagging. These two petitions shall stand de-tagged from the group and be listed on the same date. 11.

Similar request is made by the learned advocate for the petitioners in Writ Petition Nos.13584 and 11314 of 2024 which are already on today's board and one more Writ Petition No.9497 of 2024 which is not on board.
