In view of the order of the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Jagdish Pitamber Pawar Vs. Pitamber Pundalik Pawar and Ors. passed in Writ Petition No. 36 of 2023, a remedy of appeal is available for the Petitioner to take exception to the order impugned. Learned counsel for the petitioner therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition to file appeal under Section 16 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. He however prays that the interim relief granted by this Court be extended for a period of six weeks. He undertakes to file appeal within a period of four weeks from today. 2.
In view of the above, Petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the impugned order before 1/2

Interim relief granted by this Court to continue for a period of six weeks.
