The said Affidavit is taken on record. 2) Mr. Dwarkadas, learned Advocate appearing for Petitioners fairly admits the fact that, all the earlier Orders except para No. 12 (e) of Order 1/2

3) Mr. Apte, learned senior counsel on instructions submitted that, as far as para No. 12 (e) of Order dated 30th April 2025 is concerned, necessary legal action is already initiated against concerned Officers. The said statement is accepted.

4) In view of the above, remove from board.
