Prima facie, it appears that the Authorities under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("Code") in proceeding arises out of Sections 149 and 150 of the Code have adjudicated the question on rights conferred by the sale deed dated 21 December 1943. Such exercise was beyond the power of Revisional Authorities. Hence, the petitioner has made out a case for grant of ad-interim relief; therefore, the order dated 9 September 2019 shall remain stayed.
