According to us, this Interim Application is filed misconceived and deserves to be dismissed.

By the order, which is sought to be recalled, we had only directed the Thane Municipal Corporation to implement its own order after giving an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, who are likely to be affected.

Mr. Bubna, learned counsel for the corporation, states that such an opportunity was given.
