Although today we are inclined to dispose this Petition finally, Mr. Tanmay Jadhav holding for Mr. Nikhilesh Pote, learned counsel for Respondent No.2 seeks some accommodation on the ground that Mr. Nikhilesh Pote is unable to attend the Court today on account of some personal difficulty.
