Prima facie it appears that notice of hearing of the revision application was served on the petitioners on 30 January 2024. The hearing was fixed at Mantralaya at 1.00 p.m. Therefore, according to the petitioners, the order was passed without giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioners prima facie appears to be correct.
