On 4 December 2024, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court issued notice to the Respondents on the present proceedings. However, none appears for for Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Respondent No.3 is represented by learned A.G.P. We also direct Respondent No.4 to enter appearance. We would request Mr. Yogeshwar Bhate, Panel Counsel for Union of India to take instructions and also place on record a reply affidavit and more particularly in regard to the reliefs, which the Petitioners is seeking from Respondent No.1. Though the proceedings are pending before the District Court, Pune, we are of the opinion that the matter would involve a larger issue, which would required to be considered by this Court and appropriate orders to be passed considering the peculiar facts and Rajesh Chittewan, PS

In the meantime, a compilation of all the relevant documents including the proceedings which are filed before the District Court, Pune. Copies of the compilation be also served on all the parties. 3.

Insofar as Respondent Nos.5 and 6 are concerned, we appoint, Ms. Yugandhara Khanwilkar, Advocate to represent Respondent Nos.5 and 6. Office to provide copy of the proceedings to the learned amicus curiae.
