The Petitioner is aggrieved by alleged arbitrary action of putting end to his services by issuing a termination order, he being appointed on the post of Senior Technical Associate (STA) (Construction). On 01/01/2024 a termination order was signed by the DY/CE/C/STR and the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said communication.

We have noted that the contesting Respondent is the Union of India as well as Central Railway, hence, we deem it appropriate to relegate the Petitioner to the Central Administrative Tribunal constituted under the Administrative Tribunal Act, 1985, which is also empowered to look into the alleged violation of principles of natural justice.
