Ms. Kadam appearing for the petitioner/husband submits that the present writ petition challenges the order dated 8/1/2024 passed by the Family Court, Sangli. She submits that as of today her client has complied with the directions as given in the order dated 8/1/2024 by the Family Court, Sangli. She further submits that her client will further comply with the directions given by the Family Court, Sangli.

I have gone through the impugned order. The impugned order grants interim maintenance from the date of passing of the order. The Family Court, Sangli, 1/2
Diksha Rane 907. WP 6761-24.doc has not considered the ratio laid down by the Supreme Court in the judgment of Rajnesh vs. Neha & Ors. Reported in (2021) 2 SCC 324.

Issue notice to the respondent, returnable after six weeks from today. Apart from the Court notice, advocate for the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent by advocate's private notice by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service to that effect before the next date of the hearing.
