Heard learned Counsel for the parties. The matter is arising out of The Manitenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos. 2 to 4, on instructions from the Respondent No. 2 and 3, who are present in the Court states that the said Respondents will give reasonable notice to the Petitioners in case the impugned order is sought to be actually executed through the police machinery. Statement is accepted.
