After the matter was argued for some time, both the counsels submit that some feasible direction can be passed in this petition.

The challenge in this petition is made by the husband challenging the order for granting of part access of minor daughter who is almost three years old.
3.
Parties have agreed that the husband can meet and access of the daughter on every Saturday and Sunday, beginning from tomorrow, for two hours from evening 5.00 p.m. to 7.00 p.m.

During the said access, the husband is directed to have access of the minor daughter and take her to a nearby restaurant/garden in the city of Murbad.

This arrangement will continue for a period of eight (8) weeks from today.

Parties present in the Court, have assured this Court that they will comply with the order which is passed by consent.

Parties have also desired that the dispute can be settled by referring the same to the mediation. 8.
