The parties are present in court. Learned counsel for the parties submits on instructions that the parties are agreeable to make a genuine attempt to amicably settle the dispute. Before arriving at final terms of settlement parties have agreed that they would start residing together, however, in a separate residence in the same residential building of the petitioner. Petitioner has agreed that the ground floor premises would be available for the exclusive residence of the respondent, the petitioner and the child. The petitioner agrees that his parents or other family members shall not Page no. 1 of 3
visit the said separate residence unless the respondent consents. 2.
The petitioner further agrees that the keys of the separate residence as well as the entry gate of the compound shall be provided to the respondent for free access. He further submits that the lock of the gate will be the same for which the keys are provided to the respondent.

The respondent agrees that her sister would visit the house only in her presence. She further agrees that in her absence none of her maternal family members would visit their separate residence. 4.
Parties agree that they will start residing separately on the ground floor of the petitioner's residential building from 10th November 2024. The petitioner agrees that he shall pay all the college expenses of the respondent and will also take care of the household and other necessary expenses for them to reside separately on the ground floor. In addition to the said expenses, the petitioner agrees that he shall pay Rs. 5000/- to the respondent for her own personal expenses.

It is clarified that both the parties shall not indulge in any physical or mental assault to each other.

The respondent agrees that she would have no objection if the child goes to meet the grandparents who are residing on the first Page no. 2 of 3
floor of the residence anytime. It is clarified that the child will not stay away from the mother overnight on any day. 7.
The petitioner agrees that he would pick up the respondent and the minor child on 10th November 2024 from the respondent's sister's residence. In the meantime the order of access as granted by order dated 10th May 2024 shall continue till the parties start residing together from 10th November 2024. In addition to the order of access dated 10th May 2024, parties agree that the petitioner can take the minor daughter to the residence of his parents on the day of Laxmi Pujan on 1st November 2024. The respondent agrees that the petitioner can pick up the daughter from her sister's residence and shall drop back the daughter latest by 7:30 pm. 8.
List the petition on 9th December 2024, under the caption for 'settlement'.
