The matter is moved at the instance of learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner for Speaking to the Minutes of the Order dated 9th April 2025. In Paragraph No.3(2)(c) instead of "498-A" inadvertently "198-A" is typed. Further Paragraph No.4 of the Order dated 9th April 2025 be corrected as Paragraph No.3.

Both the learned Counsel state that in Paragraph No.3(d) of the Consent Terms it is stated that DV case filed by the mother of the Respondent, the same is filed by the Respondent. 3.
