DATE:

1.

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 20th June, 2024.

2.

It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the impugned communication dated 28th March, 2024 as is contained in Exhibit "E" appended to the writ petition does not specify the exact reason of nonqualification of the petitioner in the subject tender process, however, as inquired by the petitioner the reason is that while submitting the tender documents the certificate issued by the Chartered Accountant did not contain the Unique Document Identification number of the said Chartered Accountant. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, drawn our attention to pages 332 and 333 of the writ petition which

404-WP-6849-2024 form part of the tender documents submitted by the petitioner wherein the Unique Document Identification number of the Chartered Accountant concerned has clearly been mentioned. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, we provide that any work order, which may be issued pertaining to the subject tender, shall be subject to final outcome of the writ petition. (ARIF S. DOCTOR, J.) (CHIEF JUSTICE)
