Learned Advocate for the Petitioner fairly states that the Presiding Officer of the tribunal has now been appointed, but the date on which he would take charge and when the tribunal would start functioning is unclear. She submits that as of now, in terms of the roster of the tribunal, the Appeal is scheduled to be listed on January 29, 2026. She further submits that 50% of the amount involved, as directed to be deposited by a Learned Single Judge of this Court on May 10, 2024, has indeed been deposited.
