Learned Counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner has statutory efficacious remedy to file appeal before the Additional Collector against the impugned order. He would submit that the petitioner has to avail the statutory efficacious remedy instead of prosecuting the present Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. 3.

Place this matter on 23.03.2026. Interim relief if any, to continue till then.
