This Petition has been filed (by the original plaintiff in RAD Suit), challenging the judgment and order dated 30 March 2024 passed in Appeal No.54 of 2016, as well as order below Exhibit-59 in RAD Suit.

Mr. Deo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner submits that pending the appeal by an order dated 10 MAY 2024

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 21 June 2024.

Apart from court notice, the petitioner is permitted to serve respondents by advocate's private notice, by all permissible modes of service and file affidavit of service before the next date of the hearing.

The interim protection granted earlier by the Small Causes Court on 13 October 2016 is further extended till the next date of the hearing.
