None for the petitioner. The only relief as prayed by the petitioner is that the Grampanchayat Dispute Application No.78 of 2023 filed by the petitioner, under Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1958 which is pending before the Collector, Solapur, has not been taken up for hearing and decided. 2.

We are inclined to dispose of this petition with a direction to the Collector, Solapur to dispose of the said application as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of three months from today. Unless, it is not already disposed of.
