DATE : MARCH 04, 2026 ORDER :- After arguing the matter on merit, learned counsel for the petitioners would fairly submit that the matter may be disposed of with a direction to learned Asst. Charity Commissioner, Nanded, to conclude hearing of the Change Reports Nos.785 of 2021, 322 of 2022, 325 of 2022 and 623 of 2022 within a time bound manner. He would submit that these are the only change reports which are concerning the Trust in question. He would submit that in all four Change Report proceedings evidence is partially recorded and as such, the matters need to be adjudged efficiently within a time bound manner to avoid further controversy.

Learned AGP for the respondents would place no objection for such direction.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nanded, to conclude the pending proceedings in Change Report Nos.785 of 2021, 322 of 2022, 325 of 2022 and 623 of 2022 on their own merit within the outer limit of eight months from the date of this order. The parties shall assist the learned Asst. Charity Commissioner for early disposal of the Change Reports.
