Learned counsel representing the petitioner states that he had not been received copy of Interim Application No.9213 of 2024.

Let a copy of the Interim Application be served during course of the day.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner states that the interim order granted by this Court on 14th May 2024 may be extended. The said prayer, however, is opposed by, both, learned counsel seeking intervention in the matter and learned counsel representing the Steel Authority of India Ltd. It has been stated that pursuant to the subject tender, work order is issued as far back as on 23rd April 2024. The applicant seeking intervention in the matter had already started work pursuant to the work order with effect from 4th May 2024 and accordingly on 14th May 2024 itself, the applicant seeking intervention who was working but was not earlier appointed security guard. In such of situation, the submission is that the order passed on 14th May 2024 may not be continued. 4.
Let the learned counsel for the Steel Authority of India Ltd., seek complete instructions in the matter, specifically on the issue when was the work order issued and when the applicant seeking intervention in the matter assumes the charge of the work relating to the subject tender. 5.
Interim order shall, however, continue to operate till tomorrow i.e. 25th June 2024.
