1) It appears that the Petitioner has already availed alternate remedy of filing Revision before the Divisional Joint Registrar challenging fixation of upset price for auction of his property. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to entertain the present petition. The Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to decide the Revision on/or before 30 April 2025. Parties shall appear before the Divisional Joint Registrar on 17 March 2025 and seek further directions for fixation of date of hearing in the Revision Application. Till decision of the Revision Application, the interim order passed by this Court on 14 May 2024 shall continue to operate. 2) With the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. All points on merits are expressly kept open.
