1.
We have heard the learned Advocate for the Petitioner and the learned A.G.P. on behalf of the State. We have perused the orders passed by this Court, more particularly, the order dated 17th May, 2024 by which the desire of the mother, who was 27 years of age, was respected and she was permitted to continue with the pregnancy until the full term. We have been informed that a child has been born and would now be available for adoption by following the legal process. 2.
The Petitioner has prayed for the benefits of the Manodhairya Scheme.

903 - WP 7165 OF 2024.odt KVM 3.
The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions that the directions issued under paragraph 10 of the order, dated 17th May, 2024, have been complied with.
4.
She, however, regrets to inform that the State Government has rejected the request for financial assistance under the Manodhairya Scheme considering that it was a consensual relationship between the Petitioner and her companion. They had lived together for more than three years and she has delivered a child by her will and desire. It is specifically mentioned in the order dated 24th October, 2024 passed by the District Kshati Sahay Va Purnavasan Mandal that considering the birth of a child out of a love relationship, which existed between 2017 to 2023, the request has been rejected. The said order is taken on record and marked as 'X' for identification. Copy of the same has been delivered to the learned Advocate for the Petitioner. 5.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. If the Petitioner desires to assail the order 'X', she may resort to an independent proceeding. All contentions are kept open. (RAJESH S. PATIL, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.) 2/2
