The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad submits on instructions that the proposal seeking approval to the transfer of the Petitioners from the unaided establishment to the 20% aided establishment, and for creation of Shalarth I.D., would be forwarded within two weeks to Respondent No.2.

The learned AGP representing Respondent No.2 submits that, a detailed verification exercise would be carried out as regards whether the partial grant in aid to the institution is intact. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioners submits that some of the Petitioners are appointed prior to the TET requisite becoming mandatory, in as much as, some of the Petitioners have recently acquired their TET/CTET.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off. In so far as Respondent No.2 is concerned, we grant 45 days time for a decision on the proposal that he would receive from the Zilla Parishad.

Needless to state, an appropriate verification as is required in law shall be carried out by Respondent No.2 and if any of the Petitioners are found to be entitled for approval and for the Shalarth I. D., appropriate orders shall be passed.
