The Petitioner has challenged the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education of April 2023 (undated) rejecting the proposal submitted by the Respondent - Management in respect of the Petitioner's appointment.

The Petitioner had earlier filed Writ Petition No. 10172 of 2022, which was disposed of directing the Deputy Director of Education to take decision in light of the legal position laid down therein. 3.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that the impugned order has not at all referred to the legal position and on some other untenable grounds the proposal is rejected.
