The only relief in this Petition is to direct the 1st Respondent to issue a Setback Certificate to the Petitioner and allow the Petitioner to recommence construction.

18-ASWP-7215-2024.DOC to the Advocate for the Corporation. The learned counsel wishes us to refer to the last three lines of this communication which states that the necessary demarcation has already been carried out and the Setback Certificate will be issued to the Petitioner. 4.

Learned counsel for the 1st Respondent, on instructions states that the Setback Certificate will be issued to the Petitioner within two weeks from today without fail, i.e., on or before 6 August 2024.

After recording the above statement and directing the 1st Respondent to act accordingly, we dispose of this Petition. 6.

At the insistence of the learned counsel for the 1st Respondent, we take on record the communication dated 22 July 2024 addressed by the Corporation to the said learned counsel. 7.

The Petition is disposed of with the above direction without any order for costs.
