Despite being served with notice for final disposal, the respondent nos.3 and 4 have not entered appearance in the matter. By the impugned order, the learned Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal has directed that status-quo be maintained with respect to possession of the suit property till final disposal of the Revision Application.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that the respondent nos.3 and 4 are deliberately staying away from the present proceeding. He submits that in such circumstance rather than going into merits of the matter, he will be satisfied if the proceedings before the learned Tribunal are ordered to be decided within a stipulated time frame.

The request is reasonable. Without going into merits of the matter the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the learned Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar to decide the matter before 30.10.2025. ( ROHIT W. JOSHI, J. ) Rushikesh/2025
