The learned counsel for the Petitioners states that pursuant to the notice issued by this Court dated 29 March 2023, the Petitioners will file praecipe before the Registry.

The Registrar (Judicial) will look into the praecipe and if the matters are to be transferred to Aurangabad Bench as per the notice, will take necessary steps.
