The Petition challenges judgment and order dated 17 February 2023 passed by the learned Member, Industrial Court, Nashik, partly allowing the Complaint and directing Petitioner to promote the Respondent to the post of Traffic Controller within two months from the date of the order alongwith consequential benefits.

Mr. Topkar, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent places on record Affidavit-in-Reply of the Respondent in which it is stated that the Respondent has been promoted as Traffic Controller by order dated 19 April 2024. katkam Page No.
