This Petition is filed challenging the order dated 7th May 2024 passed by the Family Court No.3 at Bandra, Mumbai.

After the matter was heard for a while, the learned counsel for the parties have tendered Minutes of Order dated 17th May 2024, signed by the parties and their Advocates, which record the arrangement between the parties for giving access to the Respondent of the minor daughter Samayra of the parties. The Minutes of Order dated 17th May 2024 are taken on record and marked 'X'.

Impugned order stands modified to the extent of this Minutes of Order. Further, it is made clear that the parties have agreed that this arrangement will exist till 5th June 2024.

Further, this arrangement arrived at by way of the Minutes of Order dated 17th May 2024, is without prejudice to the respective rights and contentions of the parties.
