Both the parties are present in the Court. Their respective counsels on their instructions submit that the order of access in terms of order dated 13th June 2024 was complied with without any untoward incident. After some deliberation, the parties agreed that they would explore the possibility of settlement. However, considering the difference between the parties they request that the parties be referred for mediation.

Parties agreed that weekend overnight access as agreed between the parties and recorded in order dated 13th June 2024 can continue for sometime. Learned counsel for the petitioner on Page no. 1 of 2
11-wp-7408-2024.doc instructions of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is concerned about the online classes which are required to be attended by the daughter every Saturday. Learned counsel for the respondent on instructions of the respondent submits that he will make an appropriate arrangement and ensure that the daughter attends online classes during the weekend access that will be availed as per the present order. Parties have agreed that the terms and conditions of the weekend access as recorded in order dated 13th June 2024, shall be abided by the parties. Parties also agreed that video access as granted by the Family Court as per clause 5 of the impugned order shall continue till next date.

In view of the aforesaid, parties are referred for mediation. Justice Sadhana S. Jadhav(Retired) is appointed as a Mediator. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall intimate this order to the learned Mediator alongwith copies of the petition. The respondent shall bear the cost of mediation. The learned Mediator is at liberty to issue necessary directions for payment of mediation charges. 4.
It is clarified that weekend access shall continue till next date in terms of the order dated 13th June 2024.

List the petition on 23rd August 2024, under the caption for 'Settlement'.
