VERSUS
THE STATE OF MAHARASHTRA THROUGH ITS SECRETARY AND OTHERS ...
Mr. Madhukar M. Parghane, Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. M. A. Aher, AGP for Respondent/State Mr. Bhagwat A. Shinde, Advocate for Respondent No.2 Mr. Shahaji B. Ghatol Patil, Advocate for Respondent Nos.3 And 4 ...
CORAM : NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI AND VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, JJ.
DATE : 18th APRIL, 2026 PER COURT :
1.
At the outset, petitioner has restricted his prayer to giving directions to respondent Nos.3 and 4 to forward his salary bills from March 2023 and pension proposal with other benefits to respondent No.2.
2.
Respondent Nos.3 and 4 have filed affidavit-in-reply stating that as the petitioner has committed misconduct, inquiry was initiated against him and inspite of three notices issued to him, he has remained absent. Ultimately the inquiry committee has held him guilty by order dated 25/05/2023 and the Headmaster is directed to lodge FIR against him.
3.
In that view of the matter, we are not inclined to entertain the petition. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed. (VAISHALI PATIL JADHAV, J.) (NITIN B. SURYAWANSHI, J.) SVH
