Prima facie documents on record indicate petitioner's possession from year 1978 till filing of the suit. Hence, question of title over the property was not relevant consideration, however, lawfulness of the possession could have been considered. Hence, there shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause (c) till 1 August 2024.
