The challenge in this petition is to an order passed by the Civil Judge on 12th September 2024, whereby an application preferred by the respondents for rejection of the plaint under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 has been allowed and the plaint came to be rejected.

An order of rejection of a plaint amounts to a decree. 4.

Keeping open the liberty to file an appeal against the impugned order, the petition stands disposed.
