This matter is taken up in the special pension matters group. The learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the Management submits that there was a personal rivalry between the Petitioner, who was the then Head Master and two other employees, namely Shri. Ashok Shankar Warke (Assistant Teacher-now retired) and Shri. Mohan Babaso Desai (Junior Clerk-now retired). Kartikeya

After the Petitioner was reinstated in service, at the stroke of retirement, he submitted his own pension proposal and suppressed the pension proposal of the other two employees. He is instructed by the Management to state that the proposals of these three employees would be processed together and within a period of 75 days from today, these three employees would receive their pension. The papers would be submitted to the Education Officer, wherefrom this matter would proceed to the office of the A.G. It is clarified that the pension proposal of the Petitioner is already submitted.

In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. We direct the Education Officer to process these three proposals together, after due verification. The Management would take the assistance of these three persons as and when required and for the reconstruction of the service books, which have been misplaced, keeping in view that the school was transferred from the erstwhile Management to the present Management.
