The essential challenge in the writ petition is to the certificate issued under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. The order issuing certificate under section 101 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is capable of being challenged under section 154 of the said Act. Therefore, the petitioner has efficacious statutory alternative remedy of revision under section 154 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960.

Keeping all questions raised in the writ petition open to be agitated in revision application, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
