The petition questions a show cause notice dated 15.4.2024 issued by the Assistant Registrar Co-operative Society calling upon the petitioner to show cause on 02.05.2024 in respect of certain grievances indicated therein. It is open for the petitioner to show cause and place its reply before the authority pointing out the incorrectness of the contents of the show cause notice. Considering which I am not inclined to entertain this petition.

The petition is dismissed. No costs.
