The Petitioner's name figures amongst 7500 candidates who are alleged to have got involved in the 2019 TET Exam Result Scam. By the impugned order dated 3.8.2022 (challenged in this Petition filed in 2024), the TET result has been cancelled and the Petitioner is barred from appearing in the TET Exam for life.

Issue notice to Respondents, returnable on 23rd June, 2025. The learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3.

Let affidavit in reply be filed at least 10 days prior to the Talwalkar
