The Petitioner has directly assailed the order passed by the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 dated 12th July 2023. Subject to the law of limitation, the Petitioner has to approach the Appellate Authority for challenging the said order. If at all delay is cause, it would not permit the Petitioner to approach this Court.
