By the said application, the petitioners seek leave to amend the writ petition and place on record the orders passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal as well as the Debts Recovery Appellate Tribunal during pendency of the present proceedings.

We find that the orders which are sought to be placed on record are consequential orders that have been passed pursuant to the order dated 16 May 2024 by the Debts Recovery Appellate
