Learned Counsel for the Petitioner has relied upon the order passed in Writ Petition No. 8881 of 2021 (Abhijit Ashok Waje Vs. State of Maharashtra and Ors) and other connected Writ Petitions dated 21 January 2022 to contend that there is no general power of review vested in the Deputy Director of Education to set aside the orders of approval and it is only on limited grounds that the Deputy Director of Education under different Government Resolution, has the power to set aside the Appeal. 2.
