The order impugned in the writ petition has been passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer in exercise of power under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Against the said order, the petitioner has remedy of second appeal and to revision under the provisions of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. Therefore, keeping all questions raised in the present writ petition, open to be agitated before the Statutory Authorities. 2.
