Mr. Mishra on instructions states that in view of the reports both dated 13th June 2024 issued by Central Revenues Control Laboratory, New Delhi, bearing F-No.26-CUS/C-39/2024-25, Customs Department would provisionally release the cargo, subject to petitioner filing an end use bond in the prescribed format and within 6 months or such extended period as the proper officer may allow, produce the end use certificate for the goods imported under the subject bill of entry. Copy of the reports dated 13th June 2024 is taken on record and marked "X" and "X-1" respectively for identification.
Ordered accordingly.
