Mr. Mishra on instructions states that in view of the report dated 13th June 2024 issued by Central Revenues Control Laboratory, New Delhi, bearing F.No.26-CUS/C-40/2024-25, Customs Department would provisionally released the cargo subject to petitioner filing an end used bond in the prescribed format and within 6 months or such extended period as the proper officer may allow produce the end used certificate for the goods imported under the subject bill of entry. Copy of the report dated 13th June 2024 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. Ordered accordingly.
