The learned Counsel for the Petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the Petitioners want to move the Supreme Court, as identically placed employees are also moving the Supreme Court seeking the same relief sought for in the SHARAYU PANDURANG KHOT present Writ Petition.

We do not consider it appropriate to grant such liberty. The Petitioners can, if at all, seek liberty before the Supreme Court upon their filing of fresh Petition there.
