The learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, states that he would be satisfied, if the direction is given to the respondent No.2 / Sub-Divisional Officer (SDO) to decide the application for stay in the pending appeal, as expeditiously as possible. The learned A.G.P. appears for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 has no objection. Since that is the only relief sought, there is no necessity to issue notices to the respondent Nos.4 to 22. 2.
The petition is therefore, disposed off by directing the respondent No.2 / S.D.O. to decide the the application for stay in the appeal pending before him, as expeditiously as possible and VAI
