This Petition is filed with a sole prayer to direct the Labour Court to decide the complaint expeditiously. We are not inclined to issue such direction as it will prejudice those who are waiting. If there is an urgency, it is always open to the Petitioner, like any other litigant, to make a request to the Labour Court for expeditious disposal and it is for the Labour Court to decide the same depending on the workload of the matters before it.
