At the outset, learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks deletion of Respondent No.5. Deletion is permitted at the cost and consequence of the Petitioners.

The cause title is permitted to be amended to that effect. 4.

Respondent Nos.1 to 4 are duly served but are absent and the matter be proceeded ex-parte against them. 5.

Learned counsel for the Respondent No.6 ask for time to file affidavit-in-reply.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners has opposed the said contention on the ground that sufficient time was already given to these Respondents to file reply. In the interest of justice time granted to file reply with clarification that if no reply is filed before the next date of hearing, the petition shall be heard without reply. 7.

Stand over to 25th September, 2024.
